Club Policies

At The Tennis School, we aim to make your tennis experience enjoyable, structured, and stress-free. These policies help ensure fair access to courts, smooth operations, and a positive environment for all players and staff.

On-Court Policies

To maintain safety and preserve court quality:

• Wear non-marking tennis shoes at all times.
• Wait until a point is over before walking onto a court in play.
• Leave your court promptly when your booking time has ended.
• Keep food, gum, and glass containers off the courts.
• Return borrowed baskets, balls, or equipment after play.

Booking Policy

Who Can Book

• Courts can be booked by both members and non-members.

Advance Booking

• Members: Up to 7 days in advance

Booking Duration

• A single court may be booked for up to two consecutive hours (for example, 8:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m.).

Daily Booking Limit

• Members: Up to two bookings per day

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel
Cancellations may be made between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, by phone (905-257-5933) or in person at the front desk.

Refund Eligibility

• No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

Bad Weather
If conditions are unplayable, The Tennis School will determine whether courts are fit for use.
