Stroke of the Week

Sharpen One Skill at a Time

Each week focuses on a different shot — from forehands and volleys to serves and returns — helping you master control, spin, and confidence through focused repetition and real-game drills.

Progress in tennis comes from refining one skill at a time. The Stroke of the Week program gives intermediate players the structure and repetition needed to strengthen every key part of their game.

This program offers a dynamic weekly curriculum tailored for players with some tennis experience already. Each class provides focused, varied instruction on a specific stroke (forehand/backhand, volleys/overheads, serve/return) and more to help you elevate your skills. The program also integrates stroke fundamentals with practical, in-game skills like achieving consistency, mastering direction, adding depth, and generating spin.

Led by certified coaches, each week builds confidence and rhythm — one focused session at a time — so your shots feel smoother, stronger, and more natural in every match.
