If you love tennis but crave a great workout, Cardio Tennis is the perfect match. This class combines tennis drills with a high-energy aerobic routine to help you stay active, move continuously, and enjoy every minute on court.

This class is a fitness program that blends tennis activities with a high-energy aerobic workout. It is designed for participants of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players, as the primary focus is on physical conditioning rather than technical adjustments. Players will engage in continuous movement exercises and fast-paced drills geared towards improving overall cardiovascular fitness and burning calories while hitting a large volume of tennis balls!

Led by motivating coaches and set to a lively rhythm, Cardio Tennis keeps your body moving and your mind focused — fitness, fun, and tennis all rolled into one.
